All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

• We make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order

All payments must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

5. Delivery

• Delays may occur due to factors outside our control
• A signature is required upon delivery

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

6. Returns and Cancellations

• You may return most items within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty

Orders cancelled after dispatch will be treated as returns.
